Hello all , I was wondering if anyone here has worked on measuring the impact of CRM on business metrics - this could be anything from retention to revenue, etc. I would love to know how you went about it (perhaps a global control?) & what were the high-level results.
I have done this personally with a lot of my clients & have seen mixed results. We had tangible results for some of the apps - a 40% purchase uplift over a long period of time for a mobility app, etc. But in some cases, we saw a decline in not sending users any comms at all.
Would love to hear your thoughts, experiences, methodology, and results.
Hi Everyone
Where I'm from: Accident, MD
Where I live now: Raleigh, NC
What I do now: In essence, my role involves accelerating start-up growth and propelling them toward success. I achieve this through demand generation and SaaS marketing. A key part of my role also includes enabling global campaign success. Proudly, I have been part of a success story that generated over $100M+ in annual recurring revenue.
A brand I admire: Tony's Chocolate
Favorite trip I've ever taken: Every place I've visited holds a special place in my heart, for each one has gifted me with new lessons and sights to behold.
I am here to learn from others and network!
I love sharing what I learn along the way & post on Linkedin about some of my learnings & CRM frameworks. I also host a bi-weekly CRM podcast, LTV Talks, where I interview folks working on CRM & Subscription Optimization topics.
If you want to connect on Linkedin or look at some of my work so far.
Where I'm from: The state filled with beer and cheese, Wisconsin, of course!
Where I live now: I guess I like the beer and cheese too much to leave...
What I do now: I'm a Sr. Business Strategist at Stitch! I'm passionate about all things in the campaign world; strategy, process, the list could go on...
Brands I admire: Sephora, Nordstrom, Target
Favorite trip I've ever taken: I got married on the Big Island in Hawaii so it will always be a special place to me.
I just wanted to give a shout-out to all the trainers running the brilliant live sessions you can join up for here https://learning.braze.com/path/braze-foundations
I've been working with Braze for over 3yrs and to be honest, I've been finding my way through the amazing tool by self-learning as such. And then something sparked my interest and I joined a Live Session, and all I can say is wow and I wish I'd done it earlier.
The trainers are great and the ideas they spark along with the other class members are really inspiring, thank you all!
Brands: Hmm... brands I admire is a tough one but right now I'm going to say Scrimba. The most innovative and upbeat place to learn front end development and coding. Worth a look if you want to get deeper into HTML, CSS and JS on Braze.
Travel: Can't say I have a favorite, as I love 'the journey' to anywhere but I travelled on a speaking tour about probiotics with a Chinese popstar/influencer once, played at crazy pool party with my old pop-rock band in Perth, Australia and have ridden a BMX into the Murray River. Those are all great memories.
Great to meet you all! Always open to conversations, keen to learn and keen to share.
✌️
